Non-Surgical Treatment

Non-surgical rejuvenation offers a large selection of techniques. When trying to slow the aging process one needs to see the issue  in a layered fashion. There are five layers from the epidermis (superficial) to the bone (deep) which age in their own manner. Treatments are aimed at addressing each individual layer according to their function or role in the aging process.

Superficial peels:

  • Green Peel

It is a mixture of 8 selected herbs containing enzymes, minerals and vitamins. The microparticles of the herbs lightly polish the upper layers of the skin. There are other active ingredients in the herbal preparation that will penetrate the skin, 48 hours after the peel process. Natural, active substances such as; vitamins, plant hormones, and enzymes are released into the skin.

  • Retinol Peel

“The NeoStrata Prosystem Retinol Peel is an advanced, physician-strength peel that contains a high potency retinol (3%) in combination with the unique, patented, synergistic active ingredients NeoCitriate and Aminofil (Retinol Boosting Complex) to greatly enhance collagen and dermal matrix production. The advanced formulation also contains soothing and antioxidants ingredients (bisabolol and vitamin E). The peel is designed to exfoliate and improve the appearance of fine lines and wrinkles and help reduce acne and improve skin laxity while promoting a bright, even, and clear complexion. It is designed for patients who have mild to severe photoaging, acne and acne scarring, hyperpigmentation, and age spots, and/or anyone wishing to improve their overall complexion. It is a very effective peel with minimal downtime, showing visible results even after one peel, although a series of four to six peels at four to six week intervals is recommended. The benefits of the proven ingredient retinol are well known.”

  • Glycolic

Glycolic acid, an alpha-hydroxy acid and one of the most effective exfoliating chemicals, to weaken the bonds between cells on the top layer of your skin—effectively removing that top layer.

Intermediate Peels:

  • TCA Trichloroacetic acid:

TCA peels are cosmetic treatments that use trichloroacetic acid (TCA) to improve your skinappearance. A TCA peel works by removing dead skin cells and stimulating new skin cellgrowth. People use TCA peels to try to get younger looking skin, and to treat certain skinconditions, like melasma and acne scarring.

NOTE: Every skin is individual and it cannot be said in advance how heavily the peeling occurs. Who still does not want to show oneself in public during the peeling process, should plan precisely. The optimal day for the GREEN PEEL® Herbal Peeling is on a Wednesday. The actual peeling starts on the third day, before there is only redness that will be covered with Blemish Balm.
